Today you will be exploring the best tourist places in Delhi. Viewing the enormous Jama Masjid, Old Delhi’s principal mosque, in the fortified city of Shahjahanabad from the 17th century. The largest and most well-known mosque in India was constructed in 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.

Moving ahead in the Delhi sightseeing tour, take a rickshaw ride through Chandni. The Red Fort, which Shah Jahan erected in the year 1648, is accessible through Chowk, the old market of Shah Jahanabad. Today, you will tour Mandawa Fort, a prime example of the renowned Rajput architectural style in the city’s centre.

Visit Bansidhar Newatia Haveli, which was built in 1921, afterwards. If there is time, we can visit more Havelis in the area and take in the vibrant rural Rajasthani culture.

Later, you’ll travel to Bikaner, a princely state founded by Rao Bikaji (1465–1504) in 1488. He was a Rajput royal, descended from Jodhpur’s founder, who lived close by. It is located in the northwestern part of Rajasthan and has an austere beauty of the desert landscape with sprawling dunes and thorny bushes growing around it. It is an actual city surrounded by a massive, more than 5-km-long, 5- to the 9-m-high fortress wall. After Bikaner sightseeing, head towards the hotel for relaxation.

You will see the Junagarh Fort in Bikaner today, constructed in 1593. The Fort is a substantial building that has mainly escaped conquest throughout its turbulent history, and it contains several exquisite, ornately decorated pavilions, temples, and palaces. The fort museum houses a sizable collection of illuminated manuscripts, Farman’s (King’s Orders), jewels, jars, rugs, weaponry, and treaties.

Later, you will head to Jaisalmer, also known as Golden city. It was a significant ancient commerce hub because of its advantageous location. Camel caravans carrying priceless spices and silk traversed the region on their way to India, Sindh, Arabia, and Europe. After reaching Jaisalmer, get into the booked hotel and rest.

You will start Jaisalmer sightseeing after breakfast on this day of the tour. You will be visiting Jaisalmer’s old town, followed by Jaisalmer Fort. You would also go to Jaswant Thada, a collection of white marble royal cenotaphs erected in 1899 AD in honor of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. It is a famous piece of Jodhpur’s architecture. After exploring the sights in Jodhpur, proceed to your accommodation to relax.

Another must-visit destination of the North India tour package is Ayodhya. After having breakfast on the eighth day of the tour, depart for Faizabad by road. Today you would visit Amber Fort (11 miles); Raja Man Singh initiated the construction of the current royal complex. The overpowering experience of riding an elephant is another option for getting to the Fort that is perched on a hill.
